Return & Refund Policy

At Baghyra , we are committed to providing high-quality espresso machines and a smooth customer experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Egypt.



Returns (Change of Mind)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in case of a change of mind, under the following conditions:

* The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
* The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals
* Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

If these conditions are not met, the return request may be rejected.



Refunds & Exchanges (Defective or Malfunctioning Products)

If your machine has a manufacturing defect or malfunction, you are eligible within 14 days of receiving the product for:

* Full refund, or
* Product exchange

Our team may inspect the product to verify the issue before approving the refund or exchange.



Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

* Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
* Normal wear and tear
* Missing parts or damaged packaging not reported at the time of delivery



Refund Process

* Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
* Refunds will be issued via the original payment method



Return Shipping

* For defective or faulty products: Return shipping is covered by us
* For change-of-mind returns: Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
